The adjacent kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities, welcoming the most demanding chefs and allowing service directly outdoors via the breakfast bar. The three bedrooms come complete with air conditioning, ceiling fan, personal safe, private bathrooms and striking ocean views.
By the garden side, the bougainvilleas, laurels and alamandas floral scents gently drift toward the pool and terrace creating a calm and relaxing setting.
Only three minutes away by foot, Baie Rouge beach makes for a seductive and natural alternative to poolside solitude.

St. Martin (French: Saint Martin / Dutch: Sint Maarten) is a tropical island in the northeast Caribbean, approximately 300 km (186 miles) east of Puerto Rico. The 87 km2 island is divided roughly 60/40 between France (53 km2) and the Kingdom of the Netherlands (34 km2).
It is the smallest inhabited sea island divided between two nations, a division dating to 1648. The southern Dutch half comprises of the new nation Sint Maarten and, since October 10th 2010, has become a country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The northern French half comprises the Collectivité de Saint Martin (Collectivity of St. Martin) and is an overseas collectivity of France.
Population : 74,852 inhabitants, 38,927 live on the Dutch side and 35,925 on the French side.
Collectively, the two territories are known as "St. Martin / St. Maarten".
